By accessing or using FictionMaker (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use FictionMaker.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. FictionMaker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain full ownership of all stories and content you create on the Platform. FictionMaker does not claim ownership of your content. By publishing content publicly, you grant FictionMaker a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the Platform.

Content co-created with AI assistance is yours. The AI is a tool; you are the author. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Content depicting minors in sexual or romantic contexts
• Content depicting real public figures in sexual scenarios
• Content that promotes violence against real individuals
• Content created with intent to harass or harm others
• Content that violates applicable laws

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

FictionMaker is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or content resulting from your use of the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
